At 7:40pm tonight crews responded to an apartment fire on the 800 block of Mount Curve Blvd. Fire was quickly extinguished by the crews. The fire did not spread beyond the unit of origin. Water damage is being assessed.

The fire department is on scene for a report of an apartment fire on the 1200 block of Hudson Rd. Crews arrived to find a mattress on fire. The fire was quickly extinguished by using an extinguisher. Crews were able to verify that all occupants escaped safely.

Check out the MN Air Rescue Team (MART) practice rescuing someone on a vehicle using a helicopter. It’s just one of the many ways they stay mission-ready. MART offers free air rescue services to agencies across MN that don’t have air resources.

Crews are picking up after extinguishing a deck fire on the 600 block of Eustis St. the fire was contained to the exterior of the home, however, there is heat damage to the exterior of the detached garage.
