Pupil Parliament attended @PlymUniof sustainability hub this week to explore the important job of making Plymouth sustainable. Children came up with brilliant ideas. Thank you to the students and lecturers for the engaging activities they planned for our pupils.

Year 4/5 have had a super time during British Science Week learning about this year's theme "Change and Adapt". They have been learning all about careers in STEM and using learning on animal adaptations to create some super posters.

Yesterday, Year 5 visited the National Marine Aquarium as part of their Widening Horizons programme The children had a great experience and learnt a lot about a wonderful place very close to our school

So proud of these children! Some were just 6 years old and performed brilliantly to a packed Sherwell Centre. The youngest acts of the night, surrounded by secondary school performers, yet they showed so much confidence. Thanks to Sian for helping us access this opportunity!

Super DT learning again this week. After conducting research across the school, it was time to put our tastes to the test. We tried a range of different sandwich fillings and bread products and evaluated whether they would be good to use in our sandwich.

Continuing our mission to support the community, this week our pupils joined Plymouth Community Homes to improve Flora Court. They planted bulbs and plants to make the area a more pleasant place to visit. #Community #GreenSpaces #Proud

Nursery had a wonderful PE lesson this week. All of the children took part in yoga. The yoga was based on sea creatures, the children learnt how to do the shark, turtle, fish and starfish pose. Brilliant core strength was demonstrated by all. 📷📷📷📷

Year 5 visited EE as part of their Widening Horizons trip to explore the world of work. 📲 They enjoyed a tasty breakfast and toured the building, learning about different roles and job perks. A great chance to help the children develop their aspirations!

Very proud of our children for coming first in the competition. The children's continued growth both in confidence for and love of timetables is fantastic to see.

Last term was filled with some fantastic opportunities for our pupils including paddle boarding, lots of exciting DT and super visits through the widening horizons program.

Today our pupils returned from their residential tired but buzzing with excitement. So lovely to hear about all of their experiences.

A huge thank you to all the amazing dads, grandads, and father figures who joined us for our Father’s Day celebration this week!
