We're sad to say we've seen lots of posts recently about dogs attacking livestock šŸ˜ž There's an easy way to stop this happening, keep your dog on a lead when walking through agricultural and open access land!! It's a criminal offense to allow a dog to worry livestock.

Take eggs-tra care this Easter when it comes to recycling! Did you know you can recycle your Easter egg boxes and packaging using your recycling bin? We can’t currently recycle soft plastic wrappers, but you can take them to your local soft plastics recycling points.

We've seen the absolute devastation a disposable BBQ can do to our beautiful countryside, and the wildlife and livestock which lives there. If you're heading out, pack a picnic NOT a BBQ and visit responsibly this spring.

The law states that you MUST keep your dog on a lead when on any open access land to protect ground-nesting birds between 1 March and 31 July. The lead must be no longer than 2 metres long. For safety, always keep dogs on a lead around grazing animals.
