Pleased to announce the launch of "Ray Dolby: Inventor at the Intersection of Art & Technology": exhibits.stanford.edu/dolby. This online exhibit was curated by Rebecca Gordon, the Ray Dolby Papers Project Archivist. It is based on the Dolby Papers Silicon Valley Archives Stanford University Libraries.

"Maps Talk Back: Undergraduate Maps of Stanford" on display until 3/21! Students in Prof. Wigen’s "History 95: Maps in the Modern World" create original maps of Stanford, which have now been compiled into a counter-atlas and preserved by Stanford University Libraries. tinyurl.com/ahp2r25w

The Apple Collection Silicon Valley Archives Stanford University Libraries includes this amazing wooden 1:1 (?) model of an Apple Lisa. We know it is probably at least 30 years old, since we received this collection in 1997. That's about all we know about it. Does anyone know the story of this model?
