Leading this work with the guidance and support of Jorge Luis Salinas, Valeria Fabre, and Stanford Medicine has been a highlight of my HE & IPC fellowship at Stanford Infectious Diseases Program! Advancing care with evidence, and learning the political and operational aspects of IPC!

Alice Han @TBrnaughtTB @VanceFowler5 Jonathan Ryder, MD Good point! GNR bacteremia is not mandatory ID consult at our institution. However, thanks to our excellent antimicrobial stewardship group, we have excellent GNR bacteremia guidelines with recommendations on when to consult ID. med.stanford.edu/content/dam/sm…

We are both sad to say goodbye and elated for her continued success! We’ll miss you so much, Upi—it’ll be difficult to find a Chief who’s as intelligent, accessible, and warm as you are. Best of luck at Carver College of Medicine!
