Arm Talent gets you in the door, but it's your ability to understand the Offensive Concepts and process how you're being defended that sets you apart as a Quarterback.

Truth #1: College recruiting is 90% marketing, 10% talent. The most talented kid doesn't always get the scholarship. The kid who markets himself best does.

Truth #2: Not everything is real interest Generic emails and flashy camp invite graphics don't mean you're getting recruited by a school. Real interest is when you're having real conversations with coaches.

Truth #3: Your highlight tape doesn't matter if nobody sees it. I know kids with insane film getting zero offers because they're waiting for coaches to magically find them. Meanwhile, average players with smart marketing get multiple offers.

Coaches get slammed with DM's. If we don't answer right away it isn't personal. Sometimes the best thing to do is also post your GPA, film, contact info, and NCAA ID on their walls as well. If I haven't responded to you yet, I am working on it. I am going through messages today.
