💜This can apply to any relationship. I did no contact with my family because they ignored my boundaries & I was too emotionally drained to keep reminding them every single time I saw them. Their loss, so much peace without them. I miss them, but not their behaviour & drama. 💜

💜 Absolutely right. And this isn’t a trauma response this is reality. I’ve spent a long time doing things by myself, I often don’t realise I could have asked for help, I just get on with it. It’s much quicker to do it myself anyway and less tiring. 💜

Today, UK Covid-19 Inquiry heard that the government instructed PPE suppliers to prioritise English NHS settings over Scotland. Just as shocking, the government withdrew embassy support from Scottish government officials negotiating PPE deals in foreign countries.
