I don’t care what anyone says. Massie’s star is rising and he’s becoming a major power player in DC Maybe MAGA can still take him down but there is a large growing faction of people in this country that want more moderate politicians that focus on deficits and common sense.

Futures blah tonight. No matter how you feel about the Powell drama it’s not good for markets. The Fed has become politicized and is no longer independent even if Powell keeps his job The constant gaslighting of Powell will effect his decisions so the independence is gone

It’s a serious problem When we become a nation of renters vs buyers you have to wonder if there are enough rental units to keep up with increasing demand In certain markets rents are dropping but I worry about it going the other way. Rents go up as we see more and more renters
