We distinguish three types of European blame games: - Scapegoat games, where EU institutions are held responsible for a policy failure 🇪🇺 - Renegade games, where individual MS are the culprits 🇬🇷 - Diffusion games, where EU institutions and MS are held responsible 🇪🇺🇩🇪🇮🇹🇲🇫
