Exciting addition of my favourite cells - pacemaker and conduction system cells to the human heart cell atlas Human Cell Atlas by James Cranley and Kazumasa Kanemaru from the Teichmann lab and collaborators!

A group of University Health Network researchers led by Dr. Anna Gagliardi set out to redefine research assessment practices at UHN based on principles from the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment. Had a great time taking a short break from mat leave and catching up with our collaborators from the Jessica Esseltine lab about our ARVC5 project while they were in town for #TMM2023 Stem Cell Network


Great talk by Michelle Lohbihler on hPSC-derived AVNLPc and efforts to develop a biological conduction bridge. We are looking to move this project into a preclinical pig model and recruiting a pdf leading this work. DM if interested #tmm2024 McEwen Stem Cell Institute
