Just proofing chapter 6 “listing companies” of Oxford Academic Indulging Kleptocracy Tom Mayne Tena Prelec. Always struck by the cold facts of the part the U.K. played in Russia’s Kleptocracy & the funding of its rearmament. Less important than oil and gas but still significant.
