Couldn’t agree more! There weren’t 100k open seats in Ohio private schools before EdChoice. And there won’t be afterward.

Not to brag, but I called Tuesday’s historic Voucher ruling 11 years ago. I’m so glad Judge Jaiza Page saw what I saw — a much different program than the one the Ohio and U.S. Supreme Courts ruled constitutional at the turn of the century. open.substack.com/pub/10thperiod…

Well, I suppose that’s the logical conclusion of their argument: the Ohio Constitution doesn’t matter. 🤷‍♂️ wonder if even the Ohio SuCo would buy that? 🤔

Nothing. And I mean NOTHING Vivek Ramaswamy is proposing on teacher merit pay is new. We did this 20 years ago. The issue is WHAT and WHO defines the merit in the merit pay system? If no teacher input, then you incentivize sucking up, not acad. freedom. lsc.ohio.gov/assets/legisla…
