A recent tweet from Dr. Natale showed a temp probe along the lateral wall of a large esophagus. Esophageal dilatation is difficult to assess without contrast. Here is a protocol that I have been teaching for the safe use of contrast.

HRS Published Study on the EsoSure now available. 4,000 total devices to date have been used. There have been no reported injuries to the esophagus or surrounding anatomy. The study will give you information on its benefits and rate of effectiveness. heartrhythmjournal.com/article/S1547-…
