What’s 1 thing you hate doing in music production?

I’ve lost so many projects to songs over the years… Thank god for stem splitting algorithms and ai. I’m getting the stems and finishing every project I lost 🙏🏻

Don’t rush. It’s fine to spend 3+ years in the lab refining your sound. Releasing too soon piles on distractions—marketing, content, outreach—that dilute focus. Keep honing until your music is truly ready. Your moment will come.

No song is ever 100% finished. - Song arrangement isn’t perfect. - The mix is never done. - You can find a better kick & snare. Just release music and stop overthinking.

There’s magic to your original song drafts. I’m talking about that first demo that you cranked out in 30mins while in flow. But the thing is… And it’s easy to over produce and take away that magic that made the song exciting in the first place. Always remember less is more!
