How awesome is this fluffy dinosaur?! Just kidding - one of 4 Barn Owl chicks ringed RAF Boulmer (Home of 19 Sqn, 20 Sqn and 144SU) today. We're so lucky to be custodians of some amazing wildlife across our sites: watch this space for more detail! (NB 144SU's badge is a Barn Owl - watching the skies!)

Read all about it! 📰 A real pleasure to host Northern Scot as they chatted with our new Station Commander, Group Captain Sarah Brewin 👇

What a privilege to host ACM Sir Rich Knighton and WORAF yesterday. A busy programme showcasing our people, the unit, and our vital operational output. So proud of everyone who contributed.

On Battle of Britain Day, as every day, RAF Boulmer (Home of 19 Sqn, 20 Sqn and 144SU) monitors and protects the skies. Per Ardua.

Our RAF Boulmer (Home of 19 Sqn, 20 Sqn and 144SU) community has been crafty creating some lovely decorations for St Michael's Church, Alnwick, inaugural Christmas Tree Festival! Pop along and enjoy the sight and smell of 50 lovely fresh trees decorated by every corner of Alnwick society! RAF Com Spt

Personnel of RAF Boulmer (Home of 19 Sqn, 20 Sqn and 144SU) + Air C2 Force enjoyed a delightful Christmas lunch with residents of RAF Association Rothbury House today. A warm welcome, delicious food, and great dits as always! I'm sure the brandy sauce gets stronger every year...

Cards written way back in November for those overseas today, and goodies for all the various sections at work at RAF Boulmer (Home of 19 Sqn, 20 Sqn and 144SU) this Christmas time. Everyone was in good spirits, diligently protecting our skies whilst wearing appropriately dodgy jumpers. Merry Christmas one and all.
