Our exciting story on nutritional control of protein translation by queuosine is out. Take a look! @cansucirzi Carine Legrand DKFZ Epigenetics emboj.embopress.org/content/early/…

We´re excited to share our latest publication about the RING-type E3 ligase RNF219 which acts as an inhibitor of CCR4-NOT complex-mediated deadenylation, published in Nat. Commun. today! Happy to share our latest methodology article about "Normalized Ribo-Seq for Quantifying Absolute Global and Specific Changes in Translation". Congrats Johanna Schott et al. bio-protocol.org/e4323

Congrats to our Johanna Schott, who won the excellence price (30.000 €) of our faculty for the development of a method to measure ribosomal loading time of nascent mRNAs (nRibo-seq). She uses the money to further investigate the ribosomal loading process. nature.com/articles/s4159…

📢 📢 📢 Registration is open for the "RNA Modification and Processing" conference! Register here: trr319-rmap.de/symposium/ Organised & funded by: RMaP - TRR319, @AttheHelm3, FrancescaTuorto, König Lab, DFG public | @[email protected], IMB Mainz

Authors including Janina A. Lehmann, Stoecklin Lab Mannheim show that E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF10 promotes dissociation of the small ribosomal subunit upon ribosome stalling. nature.com/articles/s4146…
