Learnt a lot from participating in this. Particularly interested in how humanitarian negotiators experience the ethical dilemmas they are facing.

Ok - a lot of sudden tweeting here I am sitting on the train from Copenhagen to Århus after conferences in Barcelona (Emerging technologies of security in the Mediterranean), Berlin and Copenhagen (as retweeted). Wonderful people, talks and food. Now family time❤️

Packed room listening to Ibrahim Olabi from SLDP on humanitarian aid and war economy in Syria. How can Norway ensure that hum aid, channeled through the UN in Syria and other agencies, does not reward those accused of committing war crimes in Syria? Ethical dilemmas all over - hard to know where to start and end. And then, the xx politics of it all. Happy to see this debate lifted into the open - though happy is a misnomer in this connection.
