For S C judgment on #Lynching,I have many personal thanks to offer. To Tehseen Poonawalla Official 🇮🇳 & Shehzad Jai Hind (Modi Ka Parivar) who took up a righteous cause, to Fuzail Ayyubi , his office & Anas Tanwir who drafted, filed & pursued 3 petitions, to @parahoot who provided intellectual heft, thank you all.
#Thread of gratitude : As I sit to tweet my thank you to everyone on the mob lynching case , I have to begin with SANJAY HEGDE . He fought pro bono, never asked for anything & even made himself available for all the hearings , sometimes despite being on legs in another court
Sanjay also drafted #MaSuKa. He believed in this fight & was always there unconditionally ! Thank u Fuzail Ayyubi bhai. Rarely do u get an AOR like him. He was on board, used his staff for my work & never charged a paisa. The only thing he would tell me , let's get justice !
Then Anas Tanwir & @Deepali_Dwivedi . What will I ever do without these two!! I punch them( metaphor), yell , scream, throw my weight around but I know these 2 simply love me & believe in us as a team . They are not lawyers they are angels in the black coat !!
Then there was Devashish Jarariya Pankhuri Pathak पंखुड़ी पाठक پنکھڑی @gunjakapoor Shehla Rashid Jignesh Mevani Kanhaiya Kumar Sadhavi speaks Deepa M & even Shehzad Jai Hind (Modi Ka Parivar) (before relations soured) each one of them supporting , helping , simply being there . Thanks much u guys !
Of course I need to thank Indira Jaising & 🍉Tushar GANDHI Manavta Meri Jaat . Tushar , has been warm, loving , we still have not done our coffee in Mumbai, but everytime I called him, he has been only kind . Thank u. And lastly before I thank the court , I need to thank my wife
