•Study on expert IRR using the VE-CAM-S scale. •Largest errors were 2/2 missing / falsely identifying feats w/ higher weight. •Grading may be improved by breaking high-stakes feats into smaller parts, creating a "cheat sheet" w/ scored examples, & designing teaching materials.
