Last week we attended the Black In Architecture Summer Party hosted by Black Females In Architecture (Black Females in Architecture) and Muyiwa Oki (@Muyiwa_Oki). It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the works of black-run practices and individuals in the industry.

We were delighted to be led on a tour of the Design District London by Helen Arvanitakis, the District Design Director. We had the privilege of learning about the project's conception, development, and where it's headed. We greatly appreciate Helen's time and wonderful insight!

Project Flashback: Playbooth, 2012 Located next to the Piccadilly Basin in Manchester, Playbooth was a public realm installation designed especially for children. It's composed of a series of interactions in the form of childrens’ games and nursery rhymes. 1 / 2
