Interesting recent Pension Ombudsman ruling. NHSBSA were ordered to pay £1,000 "for the serious distress and inconvenience caused by its maladministration" Dr S has complained that NHSBSA has failed to send him a Pension Saving Statement (PSS) automatically for the tax years
