What is the Summer Meals Program? The Summer Meals Program is a federally-funded program that provides children with a daily nutritious meals. Meals are provided to children 18 & under, free of charge. This program makes a huge impact on children while school is not in session.

When school is not in session, thousands of Philadelphia students need access to nutritious meals. Thanks to our partners and volunteers, beginning today, free summer meals are available to children at 300+ sites across the city. Find one near you at phila.gov/food.
