For many, August is for downing tools & holidays. Not for our dream team! June, July & especially August are their busiest time with Camomile harvest, followed by Lavender, followed swiftly by Peppermint harvest! They’re the unsung heroes of our team, we’re lucky to have them 💚

Our #peppermint harvest has been later than usual this year but much to Ian & the farm team’s relief, it’s done! The #mint has been either dried or distilled depending on which products it’s destined for - dried leaf for tea, & oil for our chocolates and body, bath & home treats.
