Class 4A, Area 6 Boys Host: Sumter Central High School Last season, Sumter Central defeated Greensboro 56-51 in the championship game.

The Sumter County School System has announced that school will be closed tomorrow, February 11th due to flooding and other related impacts of heavy rainfall the area is receiving.

As of now the Sub-regionals vs. ACA has NOT been canceled. The game begins at 6PM in the Big House. If anything changes, you can be the first to find out here on Sumter Central High School' Facebook.

And just like that the Lady Jags are headed to the BJCC. The SCHS Lady Jaguars' advances to the state semi-finals beating the Greensboro Raiders at Dunn Oliver Acadome in Montgomery, Alabama. The Lady Jags will play Tuesday 02/25/2020 at 6:00 PM CST against the Deshler Tigers.

HAPPY GRADUATION DAY CLASS OF 2020🎓🎉 Stay tuned for more information in regards to a commencement ceremony. Until more information is given tune in to former President Barack Obama's commencement address broadcasted on CBS and all other local stations at 7 pm.

Due to the expectation of inclement weather, heavy rain fall, and flash flooding expected in our area on September 16th and September 17th school will be canceled for the following dates. Nevertheless, encourage your students to continue and/or catch up on assignments.

Students work packets/class assignments can be returned weekly Mon-Fri from 8:30 am- 2:30 pm on the bus lane in the assigned boxes. Students place your first and last name, date, block, subject and teacher name on each assignment. Place all returned work in an envelope or folder.
