Now please rescind the pause on federal communication so those of us dedicated to helping our country in our areas of expertise can know what the hell is going on. We’ve already wasted enough time with this nonsense.

We can’t allow this. Journals, societies, universities, industry… we can’t be idle. What’s to stop this “list” from shape-shifting? Or expanding to any studies receiving federal funding? Publication lets us all see! That’s freedom! tinyurl.com/ynkph5z5

Trump seems to confirm that when he’s in Mar-a-Lago, he’s not working. “I don't think you can work from a home. Nobody is gonna work from home. They are gonna be going out, they're gonna play tennis, they're gonna play golf, they're gonna do a lot of things. They're not

I personally know 100s of ppl around the US working many days/wk from home, folks who voted for BOTH candidates. Reasons: 1. Horrible commute. 2. Childcare costs & logistics 3. Elder care 4. Efficiency 5. PARKING To name a few! This is what our POTUS thinks of these issues.

This 3 minute video by Rep. Jake Auchincloss 🟧 is exactly right and worth your time. Of course it’s easy to find some silly study or even the occasional bad science in nih grants But the solution to that is better peer review, not gutting the scientific enterprise

Friends, I am at a loss of words for how devastating it would be to lose the entire intramural #NIH program. Some of the biggest medical and scientific breakthroughs have come from scientists in the NIH Intramural program. #SaveTheNIH science.org/content/articl…

Huge congrats to a great friend and collaborator, Dr. Shingo Kajimura! Richly deserved recognition for highly original science over many years (has it really been that long?)! Shingo Kajimura Lab American Diabetes Association

Uhh Diabetes Prevention Program anybody? Didn’t NIH just defund the coordinating center for the DPP? It literally prevents type 2 diabetes. Don’t you want this study to continue to find ways to stop this horrible, common disease? Jay? Jay? Hello?

RFK Jr.’s own uncle, JFK, contracted TWO autoimmune diseases early in life, Addison’s disease and hypothyroidism. This whole narrative is as absurd as it is false.
