Stephen Sutherland from the Canadian Mental Health Association brought awareness to good mental health and well-being to our EA's on Feb 2. The workshop focused on recognizing emotions, understanding self-care and caring for others, and provided strategies to create change.

It was 'all hands on deck' at Ecole Dugald School this morning. Yesterday's storm closure was a lost day for staging/chairs delivery and set-up but Mr. N. Koblun's and Mr. R. Hrabi's students were up to the challenge to be ready for the Band concert tonight. Great work team!
