Riverside County’s Emergency Management Department is working with IID and District 4 V. Manuel Perez to determine what services are needed to assist residents impacted by this outage. Follow IID for the latest updates on the repairs.

The location for customers restored is between 70th Ave. and Coachella Canal Rd.

Please share: For North Shore customers affected by the outage, ice and bottled water will be available starting at 12:30 p.m. today at IID’s command center, which is located near the intersection of Club View and Vander Veer in North Shore.

Flash Flood Warning continues for Coachella CA, Mecca CA, Oasis CA until 8:45 PM PDT

In the North Shore area all the roads between Vander Veer Rd on the east to Sea View Way on the west, and between 70th Ave on the north and 72nd Ave on the south, including 72nd Ave west of Commerce remain closed due to storm debris and down power poles and power lines.

Behind the scenes representatives from Riverside County Emergency Management Department, Housing, Homeless Prevention and Workforce Development, Riverside County Dept. of Public Social Services Desert Rec District and many others have been working to assist in the response to monsoonal storm damage in the North Shore/Mecca area.
