Interesting research on mortgage switching from the Central Bank of Ireland. ~ Switching led avg. borrower savings of up to €2,000 from 2018-2022. ~ Stronger pass through of ECB policy rates across non-banks. This led to sharp fall in switching towards non banks post July 2022
