ZARA no response from @zaracare after I tried to contact them about being pickpocketed in Zara Brighton and losing my wallet and my brother's on Sunday 28th June at 3 p.m. Terrible shame.

ZARA CARE I and my brother were pickpocketed in Zara Brighton on 28th June at 3.30 pmk. and lost our wallets with our credit cards. we have tried to contact you to no effect. The police have registered a case. Please help.
