Some brilliant stalls set up as part of #undc24. UNISON conferences are always a treasure trove of learning and meeting comrades across the labour movement who are all too willing to share their expertise and help. A good, visual reminder that we only win when we work together.

We proudly voted to support this motion. The benefits to workers *and* employers is clear. At Sussex now is the right time to bring this in. Stagnant pay, morale at an all time low, and teams feeling like things won’t improve. What better way to reinvigorate your workforce 💪🏼
