Oh lord. Out of 755 oncology phase 3 RCT trials, 20% changed their primary endpoint after the study started. This was associated with trial positivity (!!) and 70% of these did not disclose these changes in the manuscript. What are we doing here??? šµ jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanā¦


The Chronic Hypertension and Pregnancy (CHAP) trial received the David Sackett Trial of the Year award by SCTorg; results were presented today at #SCT2023.
