Thank you to Elizabeth Swanson for writing a grant to help the GMS counseling dept. promote stress relief and mental health through mindfulness Grisham MS. Today's Lunch and Go Lounge will focus on mindful coloring and setting intentions. Each student will receive a mindfulness kit.


This book by Elizabeth Swanson is a gem, especially if you are looking to partner with instructional coaches to support content teachers in literacy.
