We are delighted to be reopening our outdoor spaces in England today for some fresh air fitness and welcoming our staff and members #BackToBetter. Together we are stronger and we would like to thank you all for your continued support.

Great to be out at Hillingdon Council leisure centre lido this morning and seeing so many happy (but cold) swimmers like the Lido Ladies and Hillingdon Triathlon members. Thank you to all the staff for today GLL on the first day of outdoor swimming and exercise.
