As the sun rose on Wednesday morning my beloved dad took his last breath and left us heartbroken. Thank you to @TeamNUH Cardiac Support Group - Nottingham NUH Cardiology Nurse Education Team for the care and support, particularly the staff on D57 and NUH Acute Medicine for the compassionate care in his final hours.

Three-year-old William did us the great honour of switching on the Christmas Tree lights tonight. Thanks to Estates and colleagues on Ward E17 for making it possible.
