Day 1 of science-ing at the ANSTO Australian Synchrotron! ⚛️🧪 Not sure that we’ll look this happy once we’re in a sleep deficit… 😂 🇦🇺 🇳🇿Synchrotron User Community #chemistry #realtimechem

Dancing is an entirely appropriate way to pass time while our experiments are running! Australian Synchrotron Featuring Jitraporn (Pimm) Vongsvivut Kari Pitts Aaron Horrocks and the new #Pride rainbow staircase 🌈 #dancingscientist #CurtinForensic

It CANNOT get any better 😍 ANSTO Australian Synchrotron TWO seminars today at UniSA Future Industries Institute #UniSASTEM and #UniSACH 😃😃😃 Dr Susi Seibt did such an amazing job UniSA talking about amazing research opportunities #synchrotron has to offer! 🇦🇺 🇳🇿Synchrotron User Community

Kicking off the bulk scattering #SAXS and #SANS workshop part of iacis2022 with an intro talk from Andrew J. Clulow showing us the awesome world of ANSTO / Australian Synchrotron

Now it's on to shape/form factor modelling of #SAS data on day 2 of the #IACIS2022 advanced characterisation workshop Dr Susi Seibt from ANSTO Australian Synchrotron walking us through her beautiful nanoparticle data in #SASView

Now we're into the realm of fitting contrast matched #SANS data at the #IACIS2022 advanced characterisation workshop Dr Joshua Marlow from Sydney Chemistry showing how to construct multi-contrast models and Lela de Campo from ANSTO taking us through modelling the actual data

Congratulations Zo Shaw (they/them) - it’s AMAZING seeing passionate and great students being supported 😊 congratulations to supervisors too @AaronElbourne Saffron Bryant (she/her) Jitraporn (Pimm) Vongsvivut 👏👏👏

And that’s a wrap for Applied Chemistry and Translational Biomaterials at the Australian Synchrotron 🥳 Special thank you to AINSE Ltd., Marta Krasowska, and the amazing SAXS/WAXS beamline scientists (Andrew J. Clulow and Nigel) that helped make the magic happen! 🙌🏽😊 Until next time! 🌈💡⚛️ 🇦🇺 🇳🇿Synchrotron User Community #WomenInSTEM
