A 3-day celebration commemorating the 100th birthday of George H.W. Bush, the 41st president, kicked off at Bush Library with a conversation between Robert Gates and Andrew Card, moderated by President Bush's son, Jeb. Gates and Card served in both Bush administrations and Texas A&M University.

Today, on what would have been his 100th birthday, we celebrate the life of President George H.W. Bush, whose extraordinary legacy of service continues to inspire us.

Once in a while we get to do something cool that’s not related to sports fields. It’s an honor to help the George & Barbara Bush Foundation celebrate what would be George H.W.
