Eastern (Pekin) is officially departing the Mid-Southern Conference. Madison Consolidated will be taking their place beginning in the 2026-27 school year.

Clarksville and Eastern (Pekin) are joining the SAC. Eastern is leaving the MSC at the end of this school year while Clarksville was an independent since leaving the MSC after the 2020-21 school year. Eastern was originally in the league from 1975-2002 before joining the MSC.

Corydon Central will start the boys' golf season ranked #14 in the pre-season coaches poll.
