It’s + concerning that Leng is using GPs & PAs “similar referral rates” as a comparable outcome - it’s crude, nonsensical & completely overlooks the ratio of appropriate vs inappropriate referrals Also given PAs have a “simpler” pt cohort- we’d expect referrals to be sig less!
