A few weeks ago Local TV Leeds came to visit us at Hollybush to talk about Heritage Open Days. We'll be having our open day to celebrate the #rhubarb growing heritage of Leeds on 15th September, with lots of other local events taking place from this Friday.

Beavers were found in Yorkshire until about 230 years ago – their legacy lives on in place names like Beverley. 🦫 Their activities have an incredible impact on freshwater habitats benefiting many other species. #BeaverVision

Took time out from our regular gardening group Kirkstall Abbey today to go foraging beyond the canal towpath and then we went to the delightful new Café 21 by Sunshine and Smiles TCV Hollybush to sample their lovely cakes and hot drinks. Much needed on a cold day like today !
