Check out this excellent working paper by Thomas DOUENNE, Hummel & Marcelo Pedroni. Introducing heterogeneous agents into Barrage (ReStud, 19)'s model which jointly optimizes carbon, linear labor & K tax, implies that carbon tax should be set at Pigouvian (=SCC) level, not lower. 1/
