10th Support Group’s RONIN week kicked off Feb. 11 at Rocker Enlisted Club. Day 1 activities included a prayer breakfast, lessons on overcoming adversity and sessions held by ready and resilient performance center experts aimed to improve Soldiers resilience and team performance.

10th Support Group’s RONIN week began today at Camp Zama, Japan. RONIN week provides Soldiers a unique opportunity to build resilience, reflect and learn tools to overcome obstacles and adversity.

The morning air cut sharp, but that didn’t stop Soldiers from pushing hard. The field was packed with movement—deadlifts, sled drags, farmer’s carries, planks, and pull-ups. Every rep tested endurance, grit and determination.
