Let's get ready to roll, Husky XC! Monday, July 12th at 7:30 am will be our first organized team run. We will meet in the parking lot of Loudoun County HS, near the ROTC building. For planning purposes, most weekday summer runs will be in the morning. Don't forget to bring water.

Great turnout this morning! Don't forget to get your post-run fluids in. For our 2nd run we'll be meeting at Tuscarora HS (back of school by tennis courts) tomorrow morning at 7:30 a.m. Practice will be over by 8:45 a.m. Bring water.

Quick reminder that you should have an active physical completed and are registered at: tuscarora-ar.rschooltoday.com in order to participate in the Cross Country summer training program.
