It will be a place for parents, families and burn survivors to have a home away from home while they are receiving treatment at Sunnybrook or Sick Kids.

The centre will feature individual units for survivors and their families from across the province so that they can stay together with the comforts of home and easy access to the hospital. We are extremely excited to see this project continue to progress!

Thanks to the heroic crew from Toronto Fire Services 🇨🇦 Toronto Firefighters for getting this serious fire under control. I’ve been in touch with Chief Jessop to offer my thanks and support. Thinking of the two firefighters in hospital and hoping for a speedy recovery.
