Vein of Galen malformation is rare AV malformation in neonates. Here presented is its mimic: dilatation of duro-venous system, heart failure, and patent PDA at birth spontaneously normalized after closure of PDA with indomethacin. US can detect dilated duro-veins and no AV shunt.
