We are attending The NGO Regulatory Impact Assessment Report meeting organised by The NGO Forum in collaboration with Tooro Civil Society Organisation Network -TOORONET,National Bureau for NGOs & Dev’t Network of Indigenous Voluntary Associations.Stakeholders demand that after 20 yrs of operation,an NGO should be given an open operating permit to avoid costly renewals.

I hear that UGX. 100 Million shillings has been dished out as token to each MP! My Village has the worst road network, No Electricity, No Parish/community Hall where leaders can sit to even plan for the UGX. 100M for a parish. Hmm! My Hon., you are Welcome.
