We are attending The NGO Regulatory Impact Assessment Report meeting organised by The NGO Forum in collaboration with Tooro Civil Society Organisation Network -TOORONET,National Bureau for NGOs & Dev’t Network of Indigenous Voluntary Associations.Stakeholders demand that after 20 yrs of operation,an NGO should be given an open operating permit to avoid costly renewals.

Had fruitful deliberations with the Civil Society and District leaders from the Tooro sub-region on the Review of the NGO Policy and Act. The Automation of the NGO Bureau services and reduction of compliance obligations remains an area of interest to the sector.
