Veterans Upward Bound took 15 students on an all-expense-paid trip to Washington D.C., where they were able to visit numerous historical monuments and tour Georgetown and George Washington University.

We partnered with Total Transformation Institute of Cosmetology for a Ladies Professional Grooming lesson! Our ladies learned how to do simple work/office appropriate hairstyles and about hair care. @txstcoe @txcdd
