Post MAZE c. 2014 pt presented in aAFL. LA aAFL and ABL resulted in RA aAFL and ABL. Extremely impressive “full CL-esque” signals in both LA and RA on #HDG. RA septal ABL terminated arrhythmia after LA aAFL and RA aAFL ABL. 200k+ pts collected in total. Strong work by Jonathan Hsu, MD

Antero-lateral papillary (ALP) PVC mapped on #EnsiteX’s magnetic primary (Voxel) mode. ICE and #HDGrid was used to map and locate the target 🎯. Earliest point was -52 early on the medial side of the ALP. @JohnSummers_MD

PVC originating from R/L JxN / RVOT. #viewflexICE provided gorgeous images of ablation and lesion formation on both sides. Few PVCs during case, pace mapping only performed.

Epi access for previously failed VT . #HDG slid through epi with ease finding nice ILAM signals. VT was induced and HDG showed a protected entrance and exit diastolic buffet. Entrainment showed long stim to QRS concealed fusion with PPI-TCL=0. OH & 1 burn term! EP: Gordon Ho
