Dan Pastorini, former NFL quarterback and creator of Dan Pastorini's Quality Foods, will undergo surgery tomorrow for vocal cord paralysis.

The problem occurred over a month ago following a viral infection, resulting in nerve damage in one of his two vocal cords.

As a result of this illness, he must cancel several future speaking engagements. He expresses his sincere apologies during his recovery.
