Are we energy secure in Europe ? Ministerial panel at WarsawSecurityForum began and the diagnosis emerges very quickly. We are “not safe, not okay” 🇧🇪 in “precarious situation” 🇵🇱 . “Secure, affordable, green energy (in this order)” is desperately needed as 🇷🇴 minister noticed.
