IPCS colleagues were invited to speak on 'Climate, Security and the Military' in an online workshop jointly organised by Loughborough University, UK, and Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India, on 18 September.


IPCS, in partnership with BIMSTEC and Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue, was pleased to co-host a Policy Implementation Workshop on Climate Change and HA/DR in the Bay of Bengal. The workshop was held on 24-25 October in Bangkok, Thailand. It featured region-wide, track 1.5 participation.


Honoured to have BIMSTEC Sec Gen H.E. Indra Mani Pandey deliver the opening remarks at our IPCS-BIMSTEC-HD Policy Implementation Workshop. Sec Gen Indramani Pandey, IFS (R) emphasised the role of regional cooperation in addressing climate change and HADR concerns in the Bay of Bengal region.

IPCS & Division South/Southeastasia HSF were pleased to host a closed-door roundtable discussion on 'Geopolitics of Climate Change & Energy in India 🇮🇳-EU 🇪🇺Cooperation' on 29 Nov in New Delhi. We are grateful to Dr. Arvind Gupta, Director VIF India, for chairing and delivering the opening remarks.
